2. Crawler Drill

KSC SPEED AIR CRAWLER DRILL

KSC-Speed Air Crawler Drill Capable of Drilling 102 – 144mm (4-4½”) Dia Hole to a depth of 36.5 Mtr. used in open cast mines for drilling and blasting purposes.

KSC-Spped Air Crawler Drill is a self Propelled Crawler type drill, Designed for drillng holes in vertcal and horizontal planes.The Drill Guide, Boom, Controls are all Mounted on a heavy Duty Track Assembly

Control Panel:
Centralized Sensitve cotrols Pneumatic and hydraulic with auto feed arrangement is so arranged to ensure ease of operation which reduces operator fatigue

Track & Traction Drive:
Rugged Durable Overlapping steel track pads ar made to with stand punishment and keep right on going. Mechanical track oscillation are provided Allowing the track to flex up on either side providing positve ground contact while tramming over rough terrain.

Tramming Power is supplied by two powerful 9.0 H.p radial piston type air motor coupled toself braking spur worm combination reduction gearbox and chain drive on either side. This is enough to tram the K-323 with its compressor in tow right to the job site.

3. Drilling Drifter

“Speed 120F Drifter” is designed for both underground & surface drilling, having reversible rotation, system which can also be disengaged, leaving the impart mechanism in operation for releasing a jammed bit. Flushing can alternatively be done either with air or water the drifter is equipped with a sealed chuck for 1. 1/2″ to 2.2/4″ shank rods to suit difference application.
